I offer private yoga and stretching classes, held in your flat or in the residents’ gym.
Each session is shaped around what you need — from mindful movement to deep, supported stretching.
Some days you might want to feel energised. Others, you just need to slow down.
Together, we’ll find what works for your body and your routine.

Larthia offered the most fun and encouraging beginner class I have ever been to as a newbie to Yoga. I loved that she gave me options, very good clear cues and she is always smiling!
