If you want to feel more connected and start actually enjoying self-reflection, this workbook made it effortless. The prompts are so well thought out, they gently guide you to reflect, without feeling forced. The breathwork exercises were a lovely surprise too! I realised how much I was holding onto stress without noticing. The best part? It’s flexible. Some days, I wrote pages. Other days, I just sat with a question and let it sink in.

I’ve read a lot of books about mindfulness and self-love, but this one actually got me to do something. It’s structured but not rigid, which I love. What a beautiful little book! I thought I was already quite reflective, but this helped me go deeper. The prompts made me pause and consider things I hadn’t before. I especially loved the section on setting intentions—it made me realise I wasn’t being as intentional as I thought! A wonderful, gentle guide for anyone on a journey of self-discovery.

I wasn’t sure if this was for me, but I ended up loving it. The exercises are simple but really make you think. I’ve started using the breath-work on stressful days which actually helps, and the gratitude prompts have helped me notice the little things more.
